Deliveries

Australian orders will be dispatched to you within 24 business hours of receiving your order.

We offer you a flat rate shipping charge Australia wide of $9.90 and use either Australia Post or
Fastway couriers for all web orders. Baby Gift Hampers are delivered by Capital Transport.

In most cases we will always endeavour to send your parcel with Fastway which means you would
need to sign on delivery. If you are out of the courier boundaries or are having your parcel sent to a
PO box, we will use Australia Post to have your goodies sent to you.

Our standard shipping charge is $9.90 nationally. There is the option on checkout to have your items
sent as a priority via Express post methods, however there is an additional charge for this.
You may also select to pick your purchase up from our shop at Caringbah, which means you will not
be charged any postage fees. This option is available on checkout.

A same day courier service and next day deliveries can also be arranged if your order is received by 11am.

Once your parcel has been sent, we will send a confirmation email to you so that you know it is
on its way. Most post parcels are delivered to you within 3 working days, although some out of the way
places may take a little longer.

In the unlikely event your parcel has not been delivered within 5 working days from your confirmation of
postage email then please contact us on 02 9525 7211.

Please note that there are some items on our webshop that will incur a higher postage fee. These are
mainly bulkier and heavier items and these items will have their own seperate postage cost and will
be noted at checkout.

Sizing
Below is a standard guideline for most brands:

0000 newborn
000 0 - 3 months
00 3 - 6 months
0 6 - 12 months
1 10 - 18 months
2 18 - 24 months +
Sizing 3 and up generally fits a child of the same age as the size

Please note that there is not a standardised sizing system for baby clothing and that this is a rough guide only. As with adult fashion, different designers cut their garments differently and there will at times be variations in sizing between brands.

Ordering and Payment
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.

Order via our secure paypal shopping cart and paying by Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) using Paypal. Paypal protects sensitive information using
state-of-the-art encryption, so your data is not available to anyone.
 
Order over the phone or via direct email and pay over the phone by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) For this option please call us directly on 02 9525 7211 or email us at orders@littleredchick.com.au and we will process your order manually. If we do not hear from you within 24 business hours we will attempt to contact you on the contact number provided.

If we do not hear from you within 24 business hours we will attempt to contact you on the contact number provided. Please use your surname as your reference when making your direct deposit. Once your funds have cleared we will send your package to you.

Refunds/Exchange
When ordering online, if for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected or it is faulty then please contact us within 14 days and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item value in full.

If an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours to organise an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.

No refunds will be given on sale items and sale items are not exchangeable or able to be placed on back order.
Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges.

Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unused and new and must be in the condition they were sent to you in, which means they must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact. Items and their original packaging must not be marked, damaged or scratched and must be returned within 30 days of the date you received it.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return. Please note we will not cover the cost of posting the items back to us unless we have agreed to do so in advance. We strongly recommend using Australia Post registered delivery as we can't be responsible for items you return to us, that do not arrive.

Once you have notified us of your request for exchange or refund, return the item with a copy of your receipt and a letter clearly stating your name and order number and the items you would like to return or exchange. Postage costs for resending you your exchanged items back to must be paid for by you before your items will leave the shop. We can normally turn your exchange around very quickly, but during busier periods, please allow for up to 14 days for us to process your request.

At times, it could be possible that the item you have ordered, for some reason is no longer available. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative suggestion, alternatively we can cancel your order at this point.

Privacy
At Little Red Chick we respect your privacy and as such your personal details will be kept safe and confidential and will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold unless otherwise required by law, and will only be used to process your order.
